Hashaton has one of the most creative abilities in recent Commander history. Whenever you discard a creature card, you can pay three mana to create a tapped token that's a copy of that card — except it's a 4/4 black Zombie. Any creature you discard can become a massive 4/4 Zombie that retains all of the original's abilities.

How it plays

Fill your hand with powerful creatures, then discard them to Hashaton's ability to create 4/4 Zombie copies. The deck is built around effects that let you draw and discard repeatedly, maximising the number of creature copies you can make each turn. Discard a game-ending creature, pay three mana, and get a 4/4 Zombie with all its abilities — then do it again next turn.
